Welcome. You are about to complete a simple three-step, one-time registration process. At the end of this process, you will be given a username and password which you will use each time you access the John Hancock USA plan sponsor Web site.

  Registration
Step 1 - contract, Social Security number and PIN information

Please provide us with your group annuity contract number, Social Security number and PIN below. This is a one-time step. You will not need to enter this information in the future.
 
Step 2 - accept terms and conditions

Due to the confidential nature of the information offered on our Web site, you are required to accept the terms and conditions in order to register.
 
Step 3 - complete registration information

In this final step, you will enter your e-mail address, choose a username and password, along with providing a challenge question and answer. The challenge question will be used in the event you forget your username or password; it will help John Hancock USA identify who you are.
